Modify A Subscription
Enter the email address and click Manage.
Helpful Hints
- Multiple Email Addresses Each email address is a unique
subscription, so be sure to update all of your
addresses that might be in the system. If an address shows no subscriptions, but you are still
receiving email, the messages may be getting forwarded from another registered address.
- Renewed Allocations Any time a new allocation is
awarded or a new user is added to a project, the email
addresses of each user are automatically re-subscribed to all standard news categories.
- RSS In lieu of an email subscription,
you may prefer to register for RSS feeds.
Currently, these are available for the Resource Provider categories only. On the Subscription
Management page, click the RSS icon or paste its URL into your favorite RSS client.
- Urgent/Mandatory Announcements Active users of TeraGrid
resources can unsubscribe from all email categories
in this system. However, TeraGrid reserves the right to send email to unsubscribed users in
the event of urgent announcements, such as security incidents or whole RP site outages such
as the San Diego Wildfires.
- Blank To: Addresses News messages are distributed
using the BCC: format, to preserve anonymity,
speed delivery, and prevent accidental mass replies.
- Permanent Removal and Other Issues If you are no longer
a part of TeraGrid, or if your email address is no longer
valid, you can request to have the address removed from the system through the
Help Desk. You can also get assistance from the Help
Desk with any other issues you may be having with your subscription.
